At YOUNGGENERATION, we want you to love your style; if your purchase isn't perfect, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels are still attached to the clothing.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned fashion pieces, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
